16G CWDM SFP+ optical module solution

The optional wavelength range of the 16G CWDM SFP+ optical module is 1270nm-1610nm, divided into 18 bands, with a distance of 20nm between each two bands. Using CWDM technology, optical signals of different wavelengths are combined together through an external wavelength division multiplexer and transmitted through a single mode fiber OS2. At the receiving end of the link, the mixed signals in the optical fiber are decomposed into signals of different wavelengths using an optical demultiplexer, and connected to corresponding receiving devices to improve the flexibility, economy, and reliability of networking.

The 16G CWDM SFP+ optical module is mainly used in FC (Fiber Channel) networks, which is fiber channel technology. It is a network storage switching technology that can provide long-distance and high bandwidth, and can achieve the transmission of large data files between storage, servers, and client nodes. At the same time, the 16G CWDM SFP+ optical module can be smoothly upgraded to higher performance networks. Therefore, it is an ideal optical module solution in storage area networks.
